Is $15 really the whole price?
Yes. One $15 shop subscription covers your whole team and every feature — you toggle what you use. The only thing that can add to your bill is texting past your bundled 200 SMS in a month, at 7¢ a message, metered on the same subscription. No activation fees, no per-staff pricing, no processing markup from us (card processing is Stripe’s standard rate, paid to Stripe).
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Penned does not charge a commission or referral fee. A client you earned is yours, and the payment goes through your connected Stripe account.
What does "first month free" mean?
Your first 30 days are on us, with a card on file. Cancel inside the month and you pay nothing. There’s no separate demo — the trial is the demo, on your real business.
What happens if I leave?
You take everything with you. One click on your Dashboard exports your clients, bookings, and invoices as files you own. Cancel any time; no contracts, no exit call, no hostage data.
What can change my monthly total?
Your Penned shop subscription is $15 per month. Text messages beyond the bundled 200 are 7¢ each. Stripe charges its own payment-processing fees directly; Penned adds no processing markup.
